Philosophy

As a Parisian, as far back as I can remember, I have always held a passion for cooking. Good cooking, like any art form, takes a great deal of time, concentration, and dedication but the finished product is always well worth the effort. I love making people happy, I love to make them smile, I love to see that look of satisfaction on their faces when they take their first bite. I love to think that with one of my sweet treats, I can make the world a better place to be.
